At TaxPilot24, we want every customer to feel confident in choosing our software. To ensure satisfaction, we provide a transparent refund policy as outlined below:

Free Trial

  • All new users are eligible for a 45-day free trial of the TaxPilot24 software.
  • During this trial period, you may use the program without any charges.
  • No payment is required until the trial ends.

Paid Subscriptions (After Trial)

Once the 45-day trial ends and you choose a paid subscription, the payment becomes non-refundable for the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

Annual Licenses

If you purchase an annual license, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have not actively used the license key to generate reports or submit filings.

After 14 days, annual license fees are non-refundable.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis in situations of:

  • Verified technical failure (e.g., the software cannot be activated or used as intended)
  • Billing errors
