TaxPilot24 offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. The specific features, limitations, and pricing of each plan are described on our website.
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
All payments are due in advance according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.
Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Services only for your internal business purposes and not to resell or redistribute the Services.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by TaxPilot24 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services.
If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, you grant TaxPilot24 a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without restriction.
TaxPilot24 provides a limited guarantee covering penalties and interest directly resulting from calculation errors made by our system, subject to the conditions and limitations specified in our Compliance Guarantee Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TaxPilot24 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
TaxPilot24'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaxPilot24 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or TaxPilot24.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website or by contacting our support team.
TaxPilot24 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by TaxPilot24, constitute the entire agreement between you and TaxPilot24 concerning the Services.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and TaxPilot24's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
